Before joining VisionSafe, Mr. Kasten had roles of increasing responsibility at Intec Aerospace, Crane Aerospace, AvtechTyee, and Pacific Propeller International. In these roles, Mr. Kasten consistently demonstrated his ability to build high-performing teams, expand market share, and execute against key strategic initiatives.
