How has JUMO India contributed to the field of water safety and quality over the years?

Water is humanity’s most important food resource, JUMO has made significant contributions to the field of water safety and quality by providing real-time monitoring, data collection, and automated control systems and solutions. Here are some measurements we offer from our product range.

Ph, ORP / Redox, Conductivity, Chlorine, Turbidity, Dissolved Oxygen, Ozone, level, pressure, temperature, control and automation system.

We do so by applying 75 years of experience and professional expertise.

In summary, sensor and automation technologies play a crucial role in enhancing water safety and quality by providing real-time monitoring, predictive capabilities, and efficient control systems, ultimately contributing to more effective water resource management and public health protection.


Can you highlight some of the key challenges currently facing the water industry, and what steps is Ions taking to address them?

Some of the key challenges that face the water industries are.

To overcome the above challenges JUMO is actively contributing towards.

  • Providing scientific measures to monitor ground water harvesting.
  • Providing one stop solution of all sensor and automation products for measuring water quality and contamination.
  • JUMO is actively organizing Seminars and road shows on Water and waste water Industry.

What role does JUMO play in establishing and maintaining standards for water treatment technologies and practices?

JUMO offers system and solution on IoT platform in accordance with Industry 4.0 standards, this guarantees standardization of system and portability of data across various levels of automation pyramid.

How does JUMO ensure the safety and reliability of water treatment products and systems?

By combining measures such as regulatory compliances in accordance with local and international certification bodies, certification and testing of its products through NABL accredited laboratory, documentation and traceability, field testing and monitoring JUMO enhances the safety and reliability of water treatment products and systems, ultimately contributing to the protection of public health and the environment.

Can you provide examples of JUMO services that have had a significant impact on improving water quality globally?

JUMO has partnered with German water Partnership, Around 350 well-known companies from Germany and European water and wastewater sectors are active in the GWP. The purpose of German Water partnership is to strengthen the competitive situation on international markets and play a role in solving water management problems around the world with integrated and sustainable approaches.

How does JUMO collaborate with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and research institutions to promote water safety?

JUMO works on many government projects such as JAL JEEVAN MISSION, SMART City projects, AMRUT 2.0, Har Ghar Jal, Mission Bhagiritha by offering good quality products and service. JUMO also works closely with research institutes such as IISc, CDAC, IIT Chennai by participating in technical seminars and offering sensor and automation products for their internal research and pilot projects.

In your opinion, what are the emerging trends or technologies that will shape the future of water treatment?

Smart Water Management Is the emerging technology - The integration of Internet of Things (IoT) devices, sensors, and data analytics into water treatment systems is enabling smart water management. Real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and automation contribute to efficient water use and optimized system performance.

Looking ahead, what are JUMO’s strategic priorities or goals in the field of water safety and quality?

Integrated Water Resource Management system that measures, controls and monitors the entire water cycle from source to tap is the concept JUMO is working towards.
